*Access to room one hour prior to event start time.

*There Is 1/3 Down Deposit Required In Order To Book The Room, The Balance Must Be Paid No Later Than 48 Hours Before Scheduled Party. 

* All deposits and payments are non refundable

*An Additional Charge Of 9.75 % For Tax And 20 % For Gratuity is Added To The Bill. 

*The Room Is Booked For A Minimum Of 25 People And Can Accommodate Up To 80. 

*The Amount Of Guests Booked Is The Amount Paid For.
